Masks are required to enter the salon and to be serviced. If you have been exposed to or have any symptoms of Covid-19 or any other common colds I ask that you please be considerate and stay home.
By booking this appointment you agree to the rules and policy below :
- ALL SERVICES INCLUDE SHAMPOO. I DO ASK THAT YOU COME PROPERLY DETANGLED (COMBED OUT) TO ENSURE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME DOES NOT GO OVER. ( AN ADDITIONAL $25 IS ADDED ON TO YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR DETANGLING.)
- Please No Extra guests or children during your appointment.
- Please examine your hair and make sure you are satisfied before you leave.
- I am NOT responsible for any damages done to your hair or extensions after you leave my chair.
- I do not style over installs or units that were not installed by me.
- All Sales Are Final (NO Refunds)
Color Services: A consultation is required for all color services. For color services on extensions, please drop off your extensions to me at least 5 days before your appointment. I do not do same day coloring. I recommend ordering hair from www.candyforeverhair.com . Any outside hair brought in will need to be quality checked prior to your appointment.
Microlink Services: A consultation is required before any installation. I recommend ordering hair from www.candyforeverhair.com . Any outside hair brought in will need to be quality checked prior to your appointment.
Deposit: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be used towards your total amount. The remainder of your payment is due the day of your appointment.
Late/Cancellation Policy: You are allowed a 15 minute grace period without a heads up before your appointment is cancelled. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. Same day cancellation can be rescheduled at a later time, however your deposit will be forfeited. No call/no shows result in complete payment & you will no longer be able to book with me.
Kids appointments:
I do offer deep conditions, trims, and silk presses for little kids starting from 3 yrs and up. Due to general salon policy and also COVID guidelines, I have a few requirements for booking.
-Please do not book an appointment for your child if your child is extremely tender headed or if you cannot physically comb their hair yourself. Due to children clients in the past that have not had anything done to their hair prior, it can tend to be a bit of a shock and very traumatic if your child is extremely sensitive and getting their hair done for the first time. Because of this, we’ve had children scream and cry, interrupting the serene experience for everyone in the salon. We have since stopped accepting majority of kids clients.
- Please Do not leave your child at the salon past their appointment time unless I am running behind on finishing touches. You are welcome to drop your child off and wait in your car during their appointment time. However, once they are finished, they need to be immediately escorted out due to our waiting area being closed.
- Please do not send your child to the salon with food or drinks. We have snacks and beverages for sale for $1 available to all of our clients.
